Cancellations within 13 days of the trip are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the trip. If I cannot lead due to illness or emergency: full refund or reschedule, your choice.

Inside 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the trip. If I cannot lead due to illness or emergency: full refund or reschedule, your choice. Park closure or trailhead inaccessibility: alternative route offered where possible, otherwise full refund or reschedule.
How the deposit works
- You pay 50% today to confirm your spot.
- The remaining balance is automatically charged to the same card 30 days before your trip.
- If the charge fails, you have 48 hours to update your payment method.
